4. Training and Coaching Services

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy for training programs and coaching sessions will be provided in the booking confirmation or service agreement. In general, we require notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

EXECUTIVE ELEVATE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXECUTIVE ELEVATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Executive Elevate and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another; or (d) your conduct in connection with our Services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Executive Elevate regarding our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding our Services.
